Additional Information.

Codeage Wild Caught Marine Collagen Peptides powder offers a high quality blend of collagen of type I & III. Our 100% Pure marine collagen peptides is made from 100% wild caught North American cold water fish and sustainably sourced. Made in a GMP certified facility in the USA, it is one of the cleanest and purest products for those looking for a collagen solution.

What is collagen?

Collagen is one of the most important proteins in our bodies and the most abundant one. Our marine collagen includes both collagen type 1& 3.

We find collagen in many parts of our body. Collagen is used in our muscles, digestive system, bones, face, skin and tendons.

Collagen can be seen as the adhesive of our different body parts. It can also help to preserve the natural beauty and elasticity of our skin.

The level of collagen in the body naturally declines over time and our body produces less of it. We can find the sign of this process on our face. It also can be felt when our bones are weaker with time.

With age the integrity and elasticity of our skin can be undermined by changes in the collagen structure that previously provided the skin’s youthful firmness and elasticity. The skin appearance can largely depend on the structure provided by those collagen proteins (1).

Collagen peptides.

Codeage Wild Caught Marine Collagen Peptides are unique in that their ingredients are sourced from 100% wild caught cold water white fish from North America and is specially formulated to provide different types of collagen all-in-one.

The way we live and take care of ourselves has a great impact on the level of collagen present in our body. It’s usually important to keep those levels steady and not wait for them to be too depleted.

Codeage Wild Caught Marine Collagen Peptide powder also offers an intelligent alternative to those who are allergic or don’t decide to eat meat. Codeage Wild Caught Marine Collagen Peptide powder offers a fish-based alternative to them.

Amino acids in collagen.

Like all proteins, collagen is made up of amino acids. They have many functions in the human body for example, breaking down food, repairing tissues, and more. Humans can only produce 10 of the 20 amino acids, however we humans can get the rest from food or collagen supplements. The body usually produces amino acids under ideal conditions, but in some cases it might not produce enough. Consuming them through foods or powders can be a huge help.

The primary amino acids in collagen are glycine, proline and hydroxyproline.

It is the smallest amino acid and the most abundant one found in collagen (about 1/3). The functions of glycine can have an impact on  DNA.

Proline makes 19% of collagen and plays an important role in collagen protein synthesis.

The key role of hydroxyproline is to keep collagen stable.

Where does wild caught marine collagen come from?

Codeage Wild Caught Marine Collagen is made from fish scales.

A fish collagen benefit that you might not know is that it is one of the most environmentally sustainable sources of collagen. An estimated 60% of fish products become waste. Marine collagen made from fish scales can help to reduce environmental pollution, and provides an alternative source of collagen protein.

Made in the USA in a FDA registered and GMP certified facility, we pride ourselves on our superior ingredients and manufacturing process. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund your order within 30 days of purchase.

Marine collagen

It has a not to good flavor and it is hard to be disolved in coffee that’s why I do it in the mixer with my protein shake (this way doesn’t taste that bad). But I think as collagen it’s very good.

Wild Caught Marine Collagen Peptides

Have been using product for two months & am happy with it. I stir it into coffee with milk (or coconut milk). I like that it's not from farmed fish.

Great product

I love this wild caught collagen. It is pure, wild caught and only fish collagen. I feel the difference in my joints since starting taking it everyday for the last 3 months. Very happy with this and it is definitely part of my daily routine every morning now.
