Two polyphenol compounds
Polyphenols are a broad family of compounds that occur throughout the plant world: in leaves, in fruit, in stem and root. Two of them are named individually in Centenarian 100: fisetin at 500 mg, and resveratrol at 200 mg.
Fisetin, 500 mg. Fisetin belongs to the flavonoids, one of the largest polyphenol families. It occurs in a number of plants, and in this formula it is provided as an extract from Rhus succedanea L.
Resveratrol, 200 mg. Resveratrol belongs to the stilbenes, a smaller family. It is found across several plant species and is provided here from Japanese knotweed extract, among the most commonly used botanical sources for it.
Both compounds have been examined at length across the botanical and biochemical literature. Those are descriptions of what the compounds are and where they come from, not statements about what they do. A companion reading of those two declared lines looks more closely at why an individually named amount reads differently from a blend total.

What is Mediterra Complex?
Mediterra Complex is the 900 mg proprietary blend in Centenarian 100. It contains three standardized botanical extracts, each measured against a stated marker compound:
Olive leaf extract, standardized to 25% oleuropein. Oleuropein is the phenolic compound by which olive leaf material has long been characterized in the botanical literature.
Pomegranate fruit extract, standardized to 40% ellagitannins. Ellagitannins are a group of polyphenols concentrated in the fruit and its rind.
Gynostemma extract, standardized to 80% gypenosides. Declared as herb, and measured against the gypenosides the plant is characterized by.
A standardization figure states which compound an extract has been measured against, and in what proportion. It is a statement of identity, not of effect.
The total 900 mg Mediterra Complex amount, its three botanicals, and their standardizations are disclosed. The individual botanical quantities within the proprietary complex are not separately stated.

Why combine five ingredients?
Two polyphenol compounds. Three standardized botanicals. One daily code. That is the architecture of Centenarian 100, and the arrangement is deliberate rather than accumulated.
Two of the five ingredients are named individually, at stated amounts, because a named amount is a specific kind of declaration. Three are gathered inside a stated complex, each with its own standardization printed beneath the total.
Composed this way, the five ingredients are presented as one constructed daily formula rather than five separate things to assemble. That is a statement about how the formula is organized.
