At Codeage, we work with trusted carriers and fulfillment partners to ship orders efficiently and responsibly. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, while accounting for real-world variables beyond our control.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
- Processing begins once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. This includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to operational constraints.
Shipping Origins
- US Orders: Fulfilled from US-based fulfillment centers.
- International Orders: May be fulfilled from US or international warehouses depending on destination, Product availability, and logistical considerations.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- Available shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, selected Products, and shipping method.
- Delivery timelines shown at checkout are the sole reference for estimated delivery.
- All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, destination requirements, or other factors outside our control.
- We use a dynamic carrier network and may ship orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers, selected at our discretion based on logistical considerations.
- Codeage reserves the right to require signature confirmation on delivery for high-value or international orders.
Shipping Costs
Continental United States
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 (pre-tax).
- Orders below this threshold are subject to shipping rates calculated at checkout.
- Note: Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes due to carrier limitations.
International Orders
- International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, order characteristics, and selected shipping method.
- Codeage may offer free standard shipping to select European countries on orders over €50, and to the United Kingdom on orders over £50, where shipping to your country is available. Eligibility, available destinations, and shipping options are confirmed at checkout and may vary.
- Free international shipping is otherwise not available unless explicitly stated as part of a promotion.
Large, Oversized, or Wholesale Orders
- Bulk, oversized, or wholesale orders may require alternative shipping methods or pricing.
Shipping methods, rates, and eligibility for free shipping are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Tracking
- Tracking information is provided by email once an order ships, when available for the selected carrier and destination.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. Carrier tracking systems determine the accuracy and timing of updates.
Subscription Shipping
For customers with active Subscribe & Save subscriptions, orders ship on the cadence selected at the time of enrollment. Subscribers may pause, skip, or change the cadence of their subscription at any time through their Account or by contacting customer service. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for additional details on subscription management.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Eligible destinations and Product availability are confirmed at checkout.
- Delivery Timelines: International delivery times can vary significantly and may be extended due to customs clearance, regulatory requirements, local holidays, or carrier handling.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout where available. However, additional charges assessed by local authorities upon delivery remain the customer's responsibility.
- Refused Packages: Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes may be returned or abandoned and may incur additional costs.
- Import Compliance: Customers are solely responsible for confirming that the ordered Products may be lawfully imported into their jurisdiction and comply with local laws, ingredient restrictions, and customs requirements. Products seized, refused, destroyed, or returned by customs or local authorities are not eligible for refund.
Restricted Destinations
Codeage does not ship to countries or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or to addresses associated with persons or entities appearing on US Government denied-parties or restricted-parties lists.
Certain Codeage Products may not be available for shipment to specific jurisdictions due to local regulatory requirements, ingredient restrictions, or other applicable laws. Product availability for a given destination will be confirmed at checkout.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some Codeage Products may be temperature-sensitive. Codeage is not responsible for Product degradation that may result from extreme weather conditions during transit, or from delays in retrieval of delivered packages from a doorstep, mailbox, or carrier pickup location. Customers should ensure timely retrieval of deliveries, particularly in extreme heat or cold.
Delays, Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
- Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
- If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, customers may contact our support team for assistance. Each case is assessed individually, and resolutions — including replacement or refund — are determined at our discretion following appropriate review.
- Carrier delivery confirmations are considered final. Once a carrier confirms delivery, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Codeage is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
- Address Errors: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout may result in delivery failure, return, or delay. In cases of address error, reshipment costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Force Majeure
Codeage is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, public health emergencies, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, cyberattacks, supply chain disruption, energy or fuel shortages, or government actions.
