Creatine Magnesium
A new formula composed around three declared actives: 5 g creatine monohydrate, 300 mg magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate and 2 g L-taurine, gathered into a single fruit punch scoop.
Three actives, one scoop,
nothing withheld.
Creatine monohydrate, magnesium bisglycinate and L-taurine, each named on the panel with its own number. What follows is a reading of a composition, not a statement of outcomes.
A composition of three declared actives
Codeage introduces Creatine Magnesium, a new addition to its Systemic Balance pillar: 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 300 mg of magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate and 2 g of L-taurine in a fruit punch powder. Its arrival is an occasion to look closely at the molecule at its center.
Creatine is among the most examined compounds in the nutritional literature. It is also a molecule the body already makes, already stores and already turns over daily, which is why it belongs to the register concerned with the systems running underneath everything else.
What follows is a reading of that composition: each active by what it is, the form it takes, and the amount the panel states. It is a curation, not a claim. Every number below is taken from the Supplement Facts panel and nothing is inferred.

A formula of this kind could have been a single active. Creatine Magnesium is composed differently, as three compounds that already keep company inside the cell.
Creatine is a nitrogen containing compound assembled in the body from glycine, arginine and methionine, and held mostly in skeletal muscle. Inside the cell the greater part of it exists as phosphocreatine, which hands its phosphate back to spent ADP through the creatine kinase reaction, reconstituting ATP in place. It is a buffer rather than a battery, and it turns over constantly.
Magnesium travels with that same currency. The physiologically active species inside the cell is magnesium bound ATP rather than ATP alone, which is the reason the two molecules are so often discussed in the same paragraph.
L-taurine is present in human tissue in notable concentration, with the heart, skeletal muscle, retina and brain among the tissues holding the most. Plant foods carry very little of it, which is why it appears so often in conversations about vegetarian and vegan patterns of eating.
These compounds have each been examined widely across the biochemical literature. That work was conducted independently and did not involve any specific Codeage product. What the formula offers is a composition, not a set of outcomes.

The precision
A form is an identity
Naming magnesium is not the same as naming magnesium bisglycinate. The second states exactly what the mineral is bound to.
An ingredient is not only its name; it is the form that name takes. Creatine Magnesium states each one precisely.
The creatine is creatine monohydrate, declared at 5 g, and the label states that it is micronized. The magnesium is magnesium bisglycinate, a chelate in which two molecules of glycine are bound around a central magnesium ion, declared at 300 mg of elemental magnesium. The taurine is L-taurine, declared at 2 g.
Magnesium never appears on a label by itself. It arrives attached to something, and what it is attached to is the decision worth reading. Oxide, citrate, glycinate, malate, taurate, threonate: each is a different compound with a different proportion of elemental magnesium and a different behavior in the gut. A stated form is a statement of identity, not of effect.
Nothing here is folded into a proprietary blend. Three actives, three names, three numbers.

Each component, with the amount or the form the panel states.
A daily serving provides 5 g of creatine monohydrate, 300 mg of magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate and 2 g of L-taurine. One container provides 30 servings. Adults mix one scoop daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner, with 8 to 12 ounces of water or a beverage of choice.
The powder is formulated for adult men and women, and is not intended for those under the age of 18. Citric acid, malic acid, natural flavors, Reb A stevia leaf extract and thaumatin carry the fruit punch character, with beet root juice and annatto seed extract for color. No sugar is used in the formulation.
This is the dimension the Longevity Code describes as Systemic Balance, the register concerned with the systems running underneath everything else. Codeage formulates within that framework, and states each ingredient in the form it takes.

In closing
Creatine Magnesium, and the systemic layer
Creatine Magnesium contains three actives, each declared by name, by form and by amount; a fruit punch flavor sweetened without sugar; thirty servings to a container.
A Supplement Facts panel is a legal document before it is a marketing surface. It states what is in the container and in what amount, and it is the one part of a product that cannot be written in the voice of a campaign. Creatine Magnesium was built so that the panel and the proposition say the same thing.
That is the frame the Longevity Code sets out: four pillars, each mapped to a dimension of how the body sustains itself across time.
