Codeage. The Longevity Code
Not All Supplements Are Created Equal®
If you are going to take something every day, the form of each ingredient, why it is combined with others, how it is sourced, and how the finished formula is verified all deserve a closer look.
Premium should be more than a word on the front of a bottle. |It should lead to questions| |you can answer.|
Pillar 01. Daily Foundation
Methylfolate B Complex+
Ingredient form is visible throughout this formula. Folate appears as Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF, riboflavin as Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, and betaine as trimethylglycine.
- 1360 mcg of folate as 5-MTHF, using Quatrefolic® 5 methylfolate and glucosamine salt
- 30 mg riboflavin as Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate, with 15 mg vitamin B6 and 1000 mcg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin
- 600 mg of betaine, trimethylglycine, or TMG
- 60 servings per bottle, a two month supply
One. What to look for
The ingredient name is only the beginning
Two labels can list the same nutrient category while using different forms, sources and combinations. Magnesium may appear in one form or in a complex of several. Collagen may come from one source or from five, with the collagen types identified on the label.
More is not automatically better. The useful question is whether each choice is specific, deliberate and clearly stated. Four questions get you most of the way there.
Question one
Which form?
Which version of the nutrient is used, and is that form written on the panel rather than the category alone?
Question two
From where?
Where did the material come from, and is the origin identified specifically enough to mean something?
Question three
Why together?
Why do these ingredients sit in one formula, and does the combination follow a clear formulation idea?
Question four
Made how?
Where is the formula produced, what is documented along the way, and what verification sits behind it?
Pillar 02. Structural Integrity
Multi Collagen Peptides Powder Platinum
Collagen is not treated here as one undifferentiated ingredient. The formula identifies five collagen types from five named sources, then pairs them with biotin, hydrolyzed keratin, hyaluronic acid and selected vitamins.
- A 10,000 mg multi collagen complex, collagen types one, two, three, five and ten
- Five sources: grass-fed hydrolyzed bovine, organic chicken bone broth, organic beef bone broth, wild-caught hydrolyzed fish, and eggshell membrane
- 10,000 mcg biotin, 500 mg hydrolyzed keratin, 120 mg hyaluronic acid, with vitamins C, D3 and B6, niacin and pantothenic acid
- 18 amino acids and 11 g of protein per serving, unflavored, mixes into hot or cold drinks
- 30 servings per container, a one month supply
Two. Composition
Broad or targeted?
A general multivitamin is designed to cover a wide range of nutrients. A targeted formula begins with a narrower ingredient, category or formulation idea. One is not automatically better than the other. The question is whether the composition matches what you are looking for, and whether the label makes its decisions easy to follow.
Pillar 03. Cellular Longevity
Liposomal NAD+ Ultra
A targeted composition built around NAD+, with quercetin, resveratrol, betaine anhydrous, riboflavin and methylated vitamin B12 named alongside it, each source identified.
- NAD+, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, the defining ingredient
- Quercetin from Sophora japonica flower, with resveratrol from Japanese knotweed extract
- Betaine anhydrous, riboflavin as Riboflavin 5-Phosphate, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin
- A liposomal format, with a phospholipid complex from non-GMO sunflower oil
- 30 servings per bottle, a one month supply
Three. In practice
The same distinction, in two other formulas
Liposomal Multi Magnesium+ brings together five forms of magnesium with vitamin B6 and folate. Liposomal C15:0+ takes a different approach, pairing pentadecanoic acid with CoQ10 and astaxanthin.
One reaches for range within a single mineral. The other narrows to one fatty acid and two companions. Neither is automatically better. The question is whether the combination reflects a clear formulation idea, and whether the label lets you see it.
Pillar 04. Systemic Balance
Hair Vitamins
A broader targeted approach, combining biotin, keratin and marine collagen with vitamins, plant ingredients, omega-3s and probiotics. The individual components are identified within the formula rather than reduced to one idea on the front of the bottle.
- 10,000 mcg of biotin, with marine collagen types one and three, and keratin
- Hyaluronic acid, with vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D3 and E
- Resveratrol, L-lysine HCL, L-proline and catalase, each identified within the formula
- Probiotics, saw palmetto, and omega-3 EPA and DHA from algae, with organic amla berry, organic ashwagandha and BioPerine® black pepper
- One month supply per bottle
Four. The everyday case
Choose for the whole journey
You would not choose a car for a long road trip on price alone. You would look at how it was built, what it includes, and whether you trust it for the distance.
A daily formula deserves the same kind of attention. Not because a higher price means higher quality, but because the decisions behind the formula are the thing you are actually choosing.
Five. Sourcing and the standard
Held to the house standard.
Ingredient selection is only one layer. The framework also considers facility expertise, documented specifications, ingredient traceability, and review through the production process.
Depending on the formulation, review may take place with manufacturing partners, within the Codeage team, and through independent laboratories. The point of making this visible is not to ask for a general promise of quality. It is to show more of the process.
Manufactured in the USA
The four formulas here are produced with global ingredients in cGMP-certified facilities.
Global Sourcing
Raw materials considered according to the requirements of each formulation.
Named on the Panel
Each active ingredient and its form written on the Supplement Facts panel.
Independent Verification
Select formulas carry NSF certification, which provides independent verification of labeling accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
The Longevity Code
Premium should become clearer the closer you look.
Not more ingredients, bigger numbers or stronger promises. The ability to examine the forms, the sources, the combinations and the standards behind something that becomes part of every day.
