I love that this Selenium supplement is liposomal. It is much better absorbed by the body, love the quality, no weird tastes, easy to swallow capsules. Made in the USA. I have several other supplements of this brand and I have to say I love Codeage supplements!

I am only buying supplements that are liposomal form now because they absorb better and faster. This is hypoallergenic, gluten-free and Non-GMO, and is made in the USA which I care about. These were easy to swallow and didnt leave an aftertaste so I will buy them again

I started taking this because I needed to supplement with iodine and selenium is required to begin first. These capsules have been easy to swallow and no funky taste. I have had some previously that just dind't want to go down! I also appreciate that this bottle is a 6 month supply so no need to keep ordering all the time
