Codeage offers premium products formulated with refined ingredients. All Codeage supplements sold in the United States are manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-certified facility to meet the highest standards.
Codeage is pleased to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to provide peace of mind at the time of order. Before placing an order, please read the full terms of our refund, returns, and 30-day money-back guarantee below.
Codeage offers Products on a one-time purchase basis and, where available, on a subscription basis (Subscribe & Save). Refund eligibility for subscription orders is described separately below.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
The 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer over the lifetime of the customer's relationship with Codeage. The refund is applied to the customer's first order placed with Codeage. If your first order included more than one item, you may select which single item from that first order to refund.
The 30-day money-back guarantee is provided so that you may try a Codeage Product, evaluate whether it is the right fit, and, if not satisfied, receive a refund within 30 days. If you have already received a refund on a previous order, you are not eligible for additional refunds on subsequent orders.
Products and items on sale, promotion, or part of a special offer, and gift cards, are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are not refundable.
- Items that are free of charge, or that are part of a promotion or special offer (for example, "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or "Buy 1 Get Another at 50% Off"), are not eligible for individual refund.
No restocking fee will be charged on eligible returns.
Returns of Packs and Bundles.
A pack or bundle may consist of two, three, or more units of the same or different Products at a discounted price. Packs and bundles may be returned in full only if all items within the pack or bundle are unopened and the return is initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase. Partial returns of packs or bundles (returning some items while keeping others) are not eligible for refund.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase of a pack or bundle, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Codeage does not provide shipping labels for returns or refunds.
Refunds for Subscription Orders.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first subscription order only. If 30 days have passed since your first subscription order, we cannot offer a refund on that order or on any subsequent subscription order.
The 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer over the lifetime of the customer's relationship with Codeage. If you have already received a refund on a previous order (whether subscription or one-time), you are not eligible for additional refunds on subsequent orders.
We do not refund subscription orders after the first order. Subsequent subscription orders that have been processed and shipped are not refundable.
You will receive an email notification at least two (2) days before each upcoming subscription order, giving you the opportunity to review, modify, skip, or cancel that order. If you do not see this notification, please check your spam folder.
Products and items on sale, promotion, or part of a special offer are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee for subscription orders, on the same terms as one-time orders described above.
Management and Cancellation of Subscriptions.
Subscribers may, at any time, cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change the cadence of their subscription. Codeage may, in its sole discretion, offer or restrict additional modification capabilities. Modifications that are not available through your Account may be requested by contacting customer service.
You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify the cadence of a subscription at any time through your Account at www.codeage.com, or by contacting customer service.
If a Product has already been shipped under your current subscription, cancellation will apply to the next scheduled delivery. Already-shipped orders remain payable.
Coupon codes do not apply to subscription orders. Codeage points or rewards earned through any rewards program cannot be applied to subscription orders.
Out-of-stock items on a subscription:
- If an item on a subscription is backordered or out of stock, you may remove the item from the order for that cycle, or wait to receive it once back in stock.
- If you do not make any change, Codeage will process and ship the order once the Product becomes available.
Defective or Damaged Products.
If your Product arrives defective or damaged, contact Codeage at [email protected] within seven (7) days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected Product and packaging. Codeage will review and, in our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund of the affected item. This procedure is in addition to the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Adverse Reaction.
If you experience any adverse reaction after using a Codeage Product, you should: (i) immediately discontinue use; (ii) consult a qualified healthcare professional; and (iii) report the event to Codeage at [email protected] with a description of the Product, the lot or batch number if available, and the nature of the reaction. Codeage will review reported events on a case-by-case basis. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described above; medical claims, if any, are handled separately.
Exchanges.
Codeage only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 1-800-870-4800 (US toll-free) or +1-856-263-3243 (international).
International Returns.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the same refund and return policy applies, with the following additional terms:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- Codeage recommends using a trackable shipping service for any international return.
European Economic Area and United Kingdom Customers.
Codeage does not currently ship Products to the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If Codeage begins offering Products to customers in those jurisdictions, consumers may have additional non-waivable rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. Any such rights will be honored in addition to the policy set forth above.
How to Complete a Return.
To complete your return:

- Print a receipt or proof of purchase with your name and order number.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase in your return package along with the Product.
We process most returns within 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
A full refund will not be provided if the address entered during checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the order failed to be delivered as a result. In such cases, Codeage may refund the price of the Product minus the shipping cost.
Inspection of Returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on the payment method and is generally between 5–14 business days from the date the refund is issued.
Late or Missing Refunds.
If you have not received your refund, please check your credit card statement or payment platform. It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear. If you have not received your refund after that time, contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 1-800-870-4800 (US toll-free).
Return Shipping Costs.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged Products may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Codeage does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
Free Shipping.
- Free standard shipping in the United States on regular, one-time orders over $50 after applied credits, coupons, and promotions.
- Subscription orders receive free shipping in the United States only.

Coupon Codes.
- Coupon codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with subscription orders, special sales, or promotional events.
- Limit one coupon code per order per Account. Coupon codes generally expire and may not be retroactively applied to orders. Expired coupon codes cannot be used after the expiry date.
- The unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of coupon codes is prohibited. Coupon codes are void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted. Codeage reserves the right to change or limit coupon codes in its sole discretion.
