Codeage offers its customers different shipping options based on their country of origins and location. Codeage does its best to fulfill every item in the order that it was received and in a quick and efficient way. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Certain orders might get their shipping delayed or cancelled if they are flagged for payment, security review, or to ensure correct address information was provided at the time of order. If an item is out of stock, processing of the order and/or delivery might get delayed. Codeage may contact you when it requires more information or to further review an order that was placed.
Codeage offers in the United States several shipping options. Those option and the cost associated with them might change from time to time. Those options are always presented during the checkout process. In general, the options offered are:
- Standard Shipping (2 to 5 business days);
- Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days);
- Priority Shipping (1 to 2 business days)
Due to the fact that Codeage uses external shipping providers, the shipping times are provided based on the estimation of those third party providers. Shipment(s) might be received sooner or after those estimated times for delivery based on unique circumstances of each order.
Codeage offers free shipping in the United States for each regular order of $50 or more and on Subscribe & Save orders. Those orders are fulfilled using a Standard Shipping option.
Free shipping is calculated when you checkout. If you add an additional item or product to your order after you have completed the checkout through any promotional offer or upsell offer, this additional item price will not be included in the calculation of the $50 limit or more for free shipping. Those items are discounted, have not been added to the cart before completing the checkout and therefore are not added to the calculation for Free Shipping prior to checkout. On the other hand, we do not charge additional shipping cost when you add an item to you order after you have completed the check out through a promotional offer or upsell offer. The price you originally paid for shipping will remain the same for all items combined.
Outside of the United States
Codeage may offer one or more shipping options based on the country of origin of the order. Those option(s) will be presented before the checkout process is completed. The information presented will display the cost for shipment and in some cases, the amount of tax that might be charged to import the product in a specific country. Codeage uses third-party providers for all its international shipping orders and time of delivery might vary based on location and other specific conditions. A shipment delivery estimate is presented before checkout but due to the nature of international shipments, the expected delivery might vary greatly from the presented estimate for delivery.
Codeage does not offers free shipping on international orders.
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 AM to 3 PM PST.
- If you place an order after the cutoff time, the order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Shipments are not delivered Sundays or during Holidays.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services. Shipments to US territories might get delayed.
- During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected.
- We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur.
Tracking your shipment
You will receive an order confirmation when your order was processed and shipped. A tracking number for each shipment will also be provided when available. There might be a delay between the time you received the confirmation of your order and when a tracking number is made available by a shipping provider. Tracking information might take time to be made available online once a tracking number has been provided.
