Codeage offers its customers different shipping options based on their country of origin and location. Codeage works with trusted carriers and fulfillment partners and does its best to fulfill every item in the order that it was received in a quick and efficient way. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Certain orders might get their shipping delayed or cancelled if they are flagged for payment, security review, or to confirm correct address information was provided at the time of order. If an item is out of stock, processing of the order and/or delivery might get delayed. Codeage may contact you when it requires more information or to further review an order that was placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing begins once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, and includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to operational constraints.

United States & Canada

Options at checkout.

Available options and costs may change from time to time and are always presented during the checkout process. In general:

In Canada, the number of available options may differ and may vary from time to time. Because Codeage uses external shipping providers, shipping times are provided based on the estimation of those third-party providers. Shipments might be received sooner or later than those estimated times for delivery based on the unique circumstances of each order.

Codeage offers free shipping in the Continental United States for each regular order of $50 or more (pre-tax), and free shipping in Canada for each regular order of CAD $50 or more, as well as on Subscribe & Save orders, where available. Those orders are fulfilled using a Standard Shipping option. The thresholds might change from time to time, including during certain promotional events. Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states; additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes due to carrier limitations.

Free shipping is calculated when you checkout. If you add an additional item to your order after checkout through a promotional or upsell offer, that item's price is not included in the calculation of the free-shipping threshold, since it was discounted and not added to the cart before checkout. We do not charge additional shipping cost when you add an item to your order after checkout through such an offer — the price you originally paid for shipping remains the same for all items combined.

Outside the United States & Canada

Across borders.

Codeage may offer one or more shipping options based on the country of origin of the order. Those options will be presented before the checkout process is completed, including the cost of shipment and, in some cases, the amount of tax that might be charged to import the product into a specific country. Codeage uses third-party providers for all international shipping orders, and time of delivery might vary based on location and other specific conditions. A delivery estimate is presented before checkout, but due to the nature of international shipments, the expected delivery might vary greatly from that estimate.

Codeage does not generally offer free shipping on international orders, and shipping costs may vary from time to time. Where a promotional free-shipping offer is available, it is presented at checkout, applies only to a standard shipping option, and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Europe

Eligible orders over EUR 50

In certain European countries, Codeage may from time to time offer free shipping on eligible orders over EUR 50. Where available, the offer is presented at checkout and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

United Kingdom

Eligible orders over GBP 50

Separately, in the United Kingdom, Codeage may from time to time offer free shipping on eligible orders over GBP 50. As with all promotional shipping offers, where available it is presented at checkout and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Good to know

A few practical notes.

We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 AM to 3 PM PST.

If you place an order after the cutoff time, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipments are not delivered on Sundays or during holidays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services. Shipments to U.S. territories might get delayed.

During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you've selected.

We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur.

Tracking

Following your order.

You will receive an order confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped. A tracking number for each shipment will also be provided when available. There might be a delay between the time you receive the confirmation of your order and when a tracking number is made available by a shipping provider. Tracking information might take time to appear online once a tracking number has been provided, and tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after shipment. Carrier tracking systems determine the accuracy and timing of updates.

Where orders ship from

U.S. orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based fulfillment centers. International orders may be fulfilled from U.S. or international warehouses depending on destination, product availability, and logistical considerations.

Delivery estimates & carriers

Available options and estimated timelines are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, the products, and the chosen method. The timelines shown at checkout are the sole reference for estimated delivery. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual times may vary due to carrier performance, weather, customs, destination requirements, or other factors outside our control. Codeage uses a dynamic carrier network and may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers, selected at our discretion.

Large & wholesale

Bulk, oversized, or wholesale orders may require alternative shipping methods or pricing. Methods, rates, and free-shipping eligibility are subject to change without prior notice.

Customs, duties & taxes

All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. Where available, duties and taxes may be prepaid at checkout; additional charges assessed by local authorities upon delivery remain the customer's responsibility. Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes may be returned or abandoned and may incur additional costs.

Delays & lost packages

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, contact our support team; each case is assessed individually, and resolutions, including replacement or refund, are determined at our discretion following appropriate assessment. Carrier delivery confirmations are considered final. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failure, return, or delay, and reshipment costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Force majeure

Codeage is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or government actions.

Changes to this policy

Shipping options, methods, rates, delivery estimates, and eligibility for free or promotional shipping are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The terms presented at the time of checkout, together with the delivery estimate shown at checkout, govern each individual order.
