I like the quality of this. It is gluten, dairy, and soy free, non-GMO, vegan, keto-friendly, and third-party tested. it is the liposomal form which means it absorbs a lot better and if I am going to bother taking it I want to maximize the benefits. I have been taking it for about a month and my gym workouts are a lot better and my recovery is a lot faster so I will buy more
