I'm really happy to see a difference in my lungs after taking this supplement. I've had asthma for a long time and lately I've been having to use my meds everyday so was looking for a natural way to support my lungs and I think I found it. I've decreased the use of my inhaler and maintenance steroid since I started taking these supplements. I hope soon I'll be able to get off them completely. The pills are easy to swallow which is good for me since I have a small throat and have always had a problem swallowing pills.
