Gives what we were lacking, both my fiance and I. We took it as we were lacking in vitamin Bs. We heard from a credible news source, B vitamins are necessary to fight off disorders that cause skin problems. this is why we started taking this supplement. A few years ago, I took a GeneSight test that revealed I have a mutated MTHFR gene, meaning I cannot normally absorb folate and other necessary supplements. I've been taking methyl-folate for a few years but I decided to give this formulation a try since it has a few more added benefits than the methyl-folate alone. I have been taking this for a few weeks and feel like I have more energy. My mood seems to be a bit better, too (but that could be because I'm not as tired!).
