I have never tried a sleep aide that worked this quickly and this consistently. Easy to take and tastes great! I've started to sleep through the night which rarely happened prior to trying Ultra Sleep+. Within thirty minutes of taking, I begin to feel drowsy and I rarely make it through one chapter before my eyes get heavy and it's lights out.

I needed a little something to help fall asleep. I like that it is liquid so I can take more or less as needed. The taste is ok. I love codeage brand. This is liposomal, non GMO, vegan and made in the USA. I have been falling asleep a bit faster now.
