This little bottle packs a great punch! I started using this a week ago and paired it with an extremely low carb, low sugar diet - I haven't added in exercise yet - but I did notice a difference in my energy. I do believe that it's the combination of the supplement that is working with the diet that is giving me noticeably more energy. I take it in the morning and feel surprisingly less tired and have more stamina on little sleep. The flavor isn't overpowering. It has a slightly sweet berry flavor that isn't sugary sweet, but more on the subtle side. It has a thicker consistency - not that I mind it - but I, for some reason, expected it to be thinner. Overall it's pleasant and the energy results are obvious which is great.
