I have been using the product for 4 weeks. I have noticed NO change. I read other reviews and thought at least my insomnia would improve, but it hasn't. No increase in energy or change in my usual aches and pains. I am 69, in good health, exercise regularly. I will continue with the 90 day supply, but so far have been unimpressed.

I can't speak to why this supplement works but I can say that I've been taking it for three months now during an incredibly stressful time in my life (primary care giver and now bereaved parent to my youngest son) and although my sleep schedule, self care etc. was and is terrible I have not felt "run down" at all nor gotten sick. The price point on this is reasonable and one bottle lasts three months so at this point I will continue to order and use it as I feel as though it is supporting my health to some extent at least.
