L-Glutathione (Reduced). Other Ingredients: Non-GMO Sunflower Oil & Lecithin (containing Phosphatidylcholine; Liposomal Delivery Matrix).

Adults mix 1 heaping scoop daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8-12 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Glutathione powder has a mild taste. Consider adding lime juice to improve palatability.
