Riboflavin (as Riboflavin-5’-Phosphate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5’-Phosphate), Folate (as Quatrefolic® [6S]-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, Glucosamine Salt), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Betaine (as Trimethylglycine). Other Ingredients: Methylcellulose Capsule.

Adults take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage.  May be taken with or without food.
