I have been changing all of my supplements to liposomal delivery because all of my research shows they have much better absorption and bioavailability. This is also vegan, gluten, dairy, soy free and non-GMO which is important to me. They are easy to swallow and dont have an aftertaste. I have been taking them for a few weeks and feel more energetic already
